Salary: £18,509.94 during probation & £20,748.00 after successful 6 month probationary period
Hours: 35 per week over 5 days.
Contract: Fixed: 31st March 2019

Citizens Advice Bedford is the leading provider of advice services to residents in Bedford Borough. Citizens Advice Bedford is looking for an exceptional person to undertake comprehensive debt training, leading to full accreditation as a debt caseworker.
The role is part of the money advice team, working with both volunteers and other specialists to provide a quality service to clients.
The successful candidate must demonstrate they have the capacity and drive to undertake comprehensive training, excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must and be able to explain complex information clearly, both verbally and in writing. The successful candidate will assist clients with a broad range of often complex debt & housing problems and will advise on income maximisation. There will be targets to meet and caseloads to manage. You must enjoy working as part of a team, a good attitude to hard work and and enjoy learning.
