Business Support Administrator

Hours: Full time (37hrs pw)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £22,799.40

Citizens Advice Bedford is the leading provider of advice services to residents in Bedford Borough.
Citizens Advice Bedford is looking for a highly motivated person possessing drive and enthusiasm. Adept at handling pressure with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to provide business support for the organisation.   

The role will include assistance to the CEO and SMT, telephone answering, basic HR support including calculating staff leave entitlement. Daily building and IT point of contact, stationary orders and equipment.

The financial role includes inputting financial data, salary allocations, petty cash management, bank account management, processing expenses & invoices.

You will need to effectively demonstrate that you can operate in a fast paced environment, understand the administrative and digital landscape, take ownership of problems and think on your feet.

We expect candidates to have an administration & finance background, be results driven and from research have a basic knowledge of Citizens Advice Bedford and the services provided.  There will be a written assessment of admin & financial tasks at interview.

There are potentially development opportunities in the future with this role, very competitive pay and a leading benefits package. The Position is offered as 37 hours hours per week and we would consider job sharing.
